Values up 11.3%in 2012
In Leaside and Bennington Heights, home sales in December decreased compared to the same period in 2011, dropping to 3 sales this year compared to 6 in 2011. The value of a home in Leaside and Bennington Heights increased 14.5% over December 2011, to an average sale price of $1,179,000. This December, homes sold at an average of 99% of the asking price in 11 days.
In 2012, 178 homes were sold in Leaside and Bennington Heights for an average price of $1,206,790. That represents an 11.3% gain in value over the 2011 average home prices.
