Leaside Real Estate Sales Statistics for November 2012

In Leaside and Bennington Heights, home sales in November increased 20% compared to the same period in 2011, jumping to 15 sales this year versus 12 sales last year. The value of a home in Leaside and Bennington Heights rose an impressive 19% over the past year, to an average sale price of $1,190,500. This November, homes sold at an average of 98% of the asking price in 20 days.



As of December 6th, 2012, there were 19 homes available in Leaside and Bennington Heights. Homes range from a 3,000-square foot bungalow on Leacrest Avenue listed at $1,099,000 to an immaculate Dwellco Build detached home in North Leaside listed at $2,900,000.
