A twisted building located at Toronto’s Waterfront

Architecture company, ODA New York, has designed a waterfront building in Toronto’s waterfront, Canada. The building is inspired by the way plants move towards the sun. It is designed in an L-shape to allow the highest percentage of its units to be exposed to the sun. The design with 24 floor, manages to give over 70% of the units a water view, and 97% of the units have terraces.
