Homes sold in Davisville Village from August 1st to August 31st 2012 vs. the same period in 2011 are down 600%. 2 homes were sold this year in comparison to 14 homes sold last August. The dollar values over the same time frame has dropped 15% to an average sale price of $711,000. Homes in August were selling at 98% of the asking price in an average of 10 days.
