August 2016 Toronto Real Estate Market Stats

Strong sales and price growth in August with a reported record of 9, 813 sales through the Toronto Real Estate Board MLS®. This represents a 23.5 per cent increase over the same period in 2015 before adjustments for working days. With adjustment to equal the number of working days, the increase is closer to 13 per cent.
