The average value of a Davisville Village home increased by 1.2%, from $978,438 in 2012 to $990,000 in 2013. One of the homes sold during January 2012 was a 1.4 million dollar home on Belsize Drive which skews the 2012 figures to a certain extent. During the first month of 2013, homes sold in an average of 27 days, for 98% of the asking price.
As of February 20th, 2013, there were 16 homes available for sale in Davisville Village, ranging from a semi-detached for $800,000 to a newly constructed 4-bedroom home on Soudan Avenue for $1,895,000.
