“We were introduce to Jethro through a friend who had used his services, so he came highly recommended. From when we first met him, the overall experience has been fantastic.
We have used Jethro’s services twice. I had first sold my condo through Jethro just before buying a house with my husband. He helped stage it and gave us coaching on how to present it better so that it would sell above asking (which it did!).
When it came to finding us the perfect house, Jethro was super knowledgeable. It was our first time buying a house together and he was great at explaining everything and taking us through the key details we needed to consider when developing a budget. He was very detailed.
What I also loved was that he was honest. If we walked into a house that he knew wasn’t for us, he would just say it. We never felt like he was trying to pressure us into a decision—he had our best interest at heart which we really appreciated because there are many people in the industry who don’t.
We set up times to go see a few houses. He was great at responding promptly and was very attentive to our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew so much about each area, as well as the details of each home. We only went out with Jethro twice before we found the perfect house. When there was an issue the day we placed our offer, he explained the situation to us, gave us sound advice, and made us feel way more comfortable. I’m glad it all worked out.
